Michael Duke

Michael Duke has been the Director of Recruitment and Selection with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network-Maryland since November 2008.  Within my role, I share our career as a financial representative and how it can provide the rewards and opportunities of self-employment--flexibility, having a positive impact on people's lives, and virtually unlimited earning potential.

Mike currently focuses his recruiting efforts towards the growth of all Maryland offices. In order to promote our development,  he specializes in marketing our organization and career opportunities by building long lasting relationships with business professionals, professors and college coaches in the area.  Mike currently resides in Bel Air,MD.

Kristy Novak

Kristy Novak has been the Director of Recruitment and Selection with Northwestern Mutual since January 2009.  She is incredibly dedicated to finding top-notch candidates who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, to teach them about the full-time and internship Financial Representative opportunities.

 

 Kristy focuses her efforts on networking and campus recruiting to fill the Baltimore, Annapolis, Columbia, Hunt Valley, and Frederick offices.  She has built strong relationships with professionals in the Maryland area, as well as career centers and student groups on various campuses, to ensure the growth and future success for Northwestern Mutual’s Maryland Agency
